PROGRAMMES

Trainings/Workshops: SF offers a series of trainings/workshops in the fields of:

- Peacebuilding
- Peace and Reconciliation
- Conflict Transformation and Resolution
- Fear Reduction (Trauma Healing)
- Mediation and Negotiation Skills
- Dialogues
- Training of Trainers (TOT)
- Parliamentary Procedures

Trainings and workshops are primarily designed for and targeted at the people at grassroots level and religious leaders, but later broaden to the people at all level and ethnic armed groups. Consisted of four, Shalom Training Team mainly plays the facilitating role while local and external resource persons are invited for trainings and workshops.

Most of the trainings and workshops take place in different parts of the country depending on the situation of the places where participants could easily come together.
